Core responsibilities
· Support Production to ensure equipment is available to meet daily targets whilst maintaining the required quality standards.
· Undertake daily TPM tasks and help develop schedules
· Actively contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
· Ensure Quality and Safety standards are met at all times
· Support our R&D and project departments when required
· Factory facility maintenance as required
Required experience;
· Ideally qualified to BTEC HNC/ONC level within a manufacturing/engineering discipline
· >5 years manufacturing experience
· Experience of working in a fast-paced demanding environment
· Experience of automated manufacturing equipment
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and ability to continuously improve processes.
Job hours: Full-time
Annual Salary: £38 - £43K

We frequently require production operatives at our factory in Portchester, Hampshire.
Preferred experience;
- Previous assembly/manufacturing experience is preferred though training can be provided to individuals who are enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Work involves assembly of potentially life saving components so quality and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- You will be working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, assembling small parts to high standards and targets, as part of a growing team.
- Experience of work in testing or warehouse would be beneficial.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
