The DceL O3 is an Ozone (O3) sensor in DceL format with 3 Pin interface. The DceL O3 requires 0V bias. With a measurement range of 0-5 ppm and an output of 1600±600nA/ppm, the DceL O3 has a T90 response time of <60secs and a warranty period of 12 months. Key features of the DceL O3 include; High stabilty, fast response & recovery, robust environmental stability, low RH response and low profile package interchangeable with 4-series.
